| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force in the development of the national economy. China's accession into the WTO has brought about both pressure and opportunities. We must face the gap and deficiencies of these enterprises, and set up brand-new working styles and administrative ideas. We should enhance their transnational operation by making technical innovations which can in turn bring along innovations in the mode of management and by improving their international competitiveness. |
