| 摘 要： | Tao Te Ching“Making This Life Significant”——A Philosophical Translation是比较哲学家安ft．哲对《道德经》的英译，《道德经》英译本很多，但安乐哲译本具有独特的比较哲学视角。他反对西方文化中心主义，重视道家哲学中的关联性思维（correlative think）等特点，以人文关怀为出发点，发现道家修己成人的特点。在翻译时，他把这种认识融入到具体词汇语句的翻译中，强调从道家哲学自身特点出发，这一倾向体现在其翻译上，即是注重关键词语的翻译、多动名词、注重语言的模糊性和丰富性。

| Abstract: | Tao Te Ching "Making This Life Significant"--A Philosophical Translation is the translation of Tao Te Ching by comparative philosopher Roger Ames.In a variety of translations of Tao Te Ching,only the one by Roger Ames is from an unique philosophical perspective.Being against the "Western cultural centralism",he attached importance to correlative think in Taoist philosophy and so on.His understanding of Taoist philosophy is shown on specific vocabularies in translation,which is paying more attention to the key words,using lots of gerunds and focusing on the ambiguity and richness of the language. |
