| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the effect of tutor＇s innovation capability,practical ability and personality traits on postgraduate cultivation with the educational scale enlarging and training objective changing.The tutor＇s function is discussed in the postgraduate＇s subject selection process,and the correct guidance method can influence postgraduates＇ ability greatly. |
