| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the contract in depth to reveal the essence of the generation of claim. And then the article elaborates three methods of determining contract status to calculate the claim value. Lastly, the article puts forward the research framework of claim management based on the analysis of contract status, so as to provide some help for the contractors in the process of engineering claim. |
