| 摘 要： | 在借鉴近期国内有关房地产企业可持续发展相关研究和分析基础上,以DEMA-TEL法为分析工具,主要探讨了影响房地产企业可持续发展的各个因素,并从原因和结果两方面分析了各因素间相互影响的逻辑关系,建立了DEMATEL分析模型,从理论上找出影响房地产企业可持续发展的主要因素并根据模型分析结果给出了相关建议对策。

| Abstract: | Based on looking into the recent domestic research and analysis on real estate enterprise sustainable development,the analysis tool of DEMATEL method is utilized to discuss all the factors influencing the sustainable development of real estate enterprise.Then the article analyzes the logical relationship of the mutual influence between various factors from the two aspects of reason and results.Finally,DEMATEL analysis model is established.Through this model,we can see the theoretically important factors influencing the sustainable development of real estate enterprise,and give the relevant suggestive measures. |
