| 摘 要： | 将沈阳市旧住宅区实行物业管理的状况与国内其他特大城市进行比较，在分析沈阳市旧住宅区物业管理现状的基础上，对沈阳市旧住宅区物业管理在产权结构、配套设施、管理资金和管理机制等方面存在的问题进行了深入的剖析，为促进沈阳市旧住宅区物业管理工作的顺利开展，从多方面提出了完善沈阳市旧住宅区物业管理对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic situation of shenyang old residential area, analyzes thoroughly the present situation of Shenyang old residential property management, studies the problems existed of shenyang old residential property management in the property right structure, supporting facilities, management funds, and the management mechanisms. In order to promote shenyang old residential property management develop smoothly,it poses the solutions of Shenyang old residential property management in many ways. |
