| 摘 要： | 艺术专业的素质教育是塑造具有艺术潜在素质的复合型人才的系统工程,教师居于主导地位。教师只有具备良好的师德素质、业务素质和能力素质,并在课前、课中、课后三个环节采取相应教育措施,才能强化艺术专业的素质教育。
