| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,特别是加入WTO之后,国内企业迎来了经济全球化和知识经济时代.作为现代企业管理的重要内容之一的财务管理,面对新的时代背景,更是凸显诸多问题.因此,对当前财务管理存在的问题进行反思,并借鉴国外先进的财务管理方法和经验,在新的背景下构建一个相对完善的财务管理体系,成为当前财务管理的诉求.
