Reflection and Criticism Concerning Birth Rights

In recent years, there are more and more discussions about the birth right at home and abroad. As the development of the technology of human artificial reproduction, people are faced with a series of lawful and moral confusion in birth right. Birth right, as one of the basic human rights, should of course be protected, however, we should think over the meaning of "right" meanwhile. Taking into consideration of the birth changes and inspecting the characteristics of birth right, this article is analyzing how birth right exists and moves under the reasonable limitations in present society where the science and technology has almost made everything possible.
