| 摘 要： | 在人类社会进入２１世纪之际，正值我国社会发生巨大而深刻转变的历史时期，学校体育面临新的机遇和挑战，学校体育如何深化改革，以适应社会、教育和体育的需要，这给所有的学校体育工作者提出了应当回答和思考的问题，本文着重论述了学校体育目标的性质和层次。
