| 摘 要： | 为了适应知识经济发展的需要,文章首先提出了工科院校要培养"三位一体"的现代机械工业人才及其素质要求.其次重点论述了如何实施"三位一体"人才的培养,即明确设计、制造与管理的辩证关系;开展教学内容和教学体系的变革;进行教学人员的"再学习";教学基地的建设与巩固;多种教学方法和教育技术的采用以及切实保证教学时间等.

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs for the development of knowledge economy,this paper firstly puts forward the quality requirements for to train the trinity talents of modern mechanical engineering and the same requirements for colleges of engineering. Secondly, it mainly discusses how to implement the training of trinity talent. That is, clearly define the dialectical relationship among design, productcon and management; develop reforms of syllabus and teaching system; carry out the continuing education of teachers; build and strengthen the teaching base; apply multiple teaching methods and techniques and firmly ensure the teaching time, etc. |
