| 摘 要： | 本文依据工学结合人才培养模式，对会计报表分析课程进行剖析，在该课程的教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性等环节进行探讨，提出了会计报表分析课程的课堂教学组织与控制的方法和实施过程，在知识结构的设计方面，在工作能力培养方面，在内容的讲述方面，在对学生的评价方面，都达到了一系列的“正相关”，取得了积极的效果。
