| 摘 要： | 和谐人际关系是构建和谐社会的基石。和谐的人际关系离不开政治、经济、文化等社会其他要素的支撑,社会是由人组成的多层次、多维度的复杂整体,人际伦理的思考是探索构建社会主义和谐社会的一条路径和线索。分析我国人际伦理的发展规律及人际伦理现实问题,有助于探索社会主义和谐人际关系的伦理趋向。
