入世后中国检验检疫的法律环境探讨

To Discuss the Legal Environment of Examination and Quarantine after China's Entry of WTO

Chinese examination and quarantine, which has been experiencing its historical transformation, has entered into a completely new legal environment with its entry of the WTO. The laws, principles, procedures and skills, which have been used for a long time for enforcing the law, have been vigorously pounded. At same time the examination and quarantine in China has won its golden opportunity for its further reform and development. Our country's economic construction and development will enter into a new period when we should follow the international principles and laws. In the future Chinese examination and quarantine will have the inner legal environment consistent with the principles of the WTO and its action will be influenced and restrained by the external international laws and principles simultaneously, therefore the departments of examination and quarantine in China, facing such a completely new environment to enforce the law, bearing the responsibility to make checks and serve the technology of import and export, will be more and more effective.
