| 摘 要： | 学校教育中的创新教育是指对学生创新思维能力的训练与培养。大学教育作为培养高级专门人才的社会化活动，更易于对大学生创新教育的培养与实施。在分析国内外高等教育创新教育基础上，提出在大学生创新教育中借鉴企业管理中的目标管理思想，构建国家创新教育、学校创新教育、学生创新教育的目标化管理模式，达到最佳的创新教育效果。

| Abstract: | Innovative education which belongs to school education is to train and develop creative thinking ability of students. As a socialized activity for training advanced specialized talents, university education can more easily cultivate and implement college students＇ innovative education. On the basis of analysis on innovative education in higher education abroad, this paper puts forward taking target management theory in enterprise management for reference in college students＇ innovative education, building a target management mode of national, school, and students innovative education, and achieving the best results of innovative education. |
