| 摘 要： | 城市化是社会发展的必然趋势,在城市化进程中必须重视新市民社区教育,这是提高新市民素质、构建和谐城市和推动城乡一体化进程的必然要求,开展新市民社区教育必须坚持"以人为本"原则、"属地化"定位、系统运作和外部配套等。

| Abstract: | Urbanization is an inevitable trend of social development.We should attach importance to the new citizen community edu-cation in the process of urbanization,which is the need to improve the quality of the new citizens,construct a harmonious city and ac-celerate the urban and rural integration process.It's necessary to develop the new citizen community education adhering to people-o-riented principle,localization orientation,systematic operation and external supporting,etc. |
