城市重大危险源应急物流网络研究

在城市应急管理体系中,由紧急救援物资储备和应急配送网络构成的城市应急物流担负着重要的保障职能,支持着紧急救援物资的快速流动。为了能够有效提高城市应急管理能力和水平,应在系统分析城市应急管理模式和应急管理网络模型的基础上,以城市重大危险源为对象,重点研究城市应急管理体系中城市应急管理网络和城市应急物流网络的交互结构,从而在城市内实现信息资源和紧急救援物资的共享,以及信息流和物流在城市应急管理体系中的有效集成。

A research on emergency logistics network of urban major hazards

In the system of city emergency management, the city emergency logistics comprised of emergency succor materials repertory and emergency distribution network plays an important part in security and the rapid flow of emergency succor materials. To improve the city emergency management effectively, the city emergency management pattern and emergency management network model are analyzed systemically; major hazards are conducted as the research object, the mutual structure of city emergency management network and city emergency logistics network is emphasized, which fulfilled the share between information resource and emergency succor materials, as well as the effective integration of information flow and logistics in the system of city emergency management.
