| 摘 要： | 产业集群不仅是一种强竞争力的经济组织,也是一种可扩展的跨越式发展模式。集群经济发达的地区,大多取得了跨越式的发展。作为全省最主要的欠发达区域浙西南地区要实现跨越式发展,发展集群经济是必然的选择。

| Abstract: | An industrial aggregation is not only a competitive economic organization but also a model of expansible leaping and bounding development. In most places where aggregate economy flourishes, the leaping and bounding development has been attained. Therefore, to realize the roaring economic development in the under development regions of southwest Zhejiang, aggregate economy is a necessary way. |
