建设南水北调中线工程河南段生态文化旅游带策略研究

规划和建设具有鲜明河南特色的南水北调中线生态文化旅游带,对于充分发挥南水北调中线工程综合效益,促进河南旅游业可持续发展,具有重大现实意义和深远影响,也将为河南振兴、中原崛起带来新的发展机遇。分析南水北调中线旅游资源特色优势,针对南水北调中线河南段生态文化旅游带面临的形势和问题,提出建设南水北调中线河南段生态文化旅游带的总体目标和战略思路,认为应以"生态为本、文化为魂、河南特色、国际品牌"为开发原则,以"依托、整合、拓展、串联"为开发理念。

The Strategy Research on the Construction of Ecological-cultural Tourism Zone of South-to-North Water Transfer Project along Henan Section

The planning and construction of the ecological cultural tourism zone with distinctive characteristics of the middle route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project along Henan section has great realistic significance and profound influence. On one hand, it will contribute to not only playing in fully the comprehensive benefit of south-to-north water transfer project,but also promoting the sustainable development of Henan tourism. Through the analysis of the characteristic superiority of tourism resources of the middle route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, on account of the situation and problems ecological cultural tourism zone of the middle route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project along Henan section facing, I put forward to the overall goal and the strategic thinking of building it. On the same time, we should insist on four development principles： ecological-oriented,the culture is the soul, Henan characteris- tics,international brand and the development philosophy of ＂reliance, integration, expansion, concatenation＂.
