| 摘 要： | 随着微博时代的到来,传统应对突发事件的方式面临着前所未有的挑战。微博在突发事件中的作用正如一把双刃剑,既可以化危机于无形,又可能对危机推波助澜。管理失当,微博容易滋生网络谣言,放大负面影响,削弱政府危机应对能力。运用得当,微博则可以正面引导舆论,高效率地组织动员社会力量,有效处置突发事件。

| Abstract: | With the advent of the Mieroblog Era, the traditional way to cope with emergencies is faeed with unpreeedented ehallenges. The role of Mieroblog in emergeneies is as a double-edged sword, whieh ean eliminate the erisis rapidly, as well as worsen the crisis. Under the mismanagement, mieroblog ean breed internet rumors, enlarge the negative emotions, and weaken the government erisis response eapaeity. If used correctly, mieroblog can guide public opinion authoritatively, organize and mobilize social force effieiently, and cope with the emergeney effectively. |
