| 摘 要： | 资源型城市作为一种严重依赖某一资源的特殊类型的城市,在提升其城市竞争力方面面临着比其他城市更多的困难,尤其是那些急待产业转型的资源型城市。文章从经济发展、城市功能、环境评价和体制创新方面去思考资源型城市的产业转型,藉此从战略上提高对重塑和提升资源型城市竞争力的认识。

| Abstract: | As a type of city badly depending on a certain resource,resource-based cities have more difficulty in promoting their competitiveness than other cities,especially those expecting urgent industry conversion.This article will reflect on industry conversion of resource-based cities in the fields of economic development,city functions,environmental evaluation and system innovation in order to strategically enhance the knowledge of regaining and promoting competitiveness of resource-based cities. |
