| 摘 要： | 在受国际金融危机冲击、我国出现经济急剧下滑、就业压力加大的背景下，如何紧紧抓住并利用好危机形成的“倒逼机制”和国家出台的一系列扶持高校毕业生就业优惠政策的有利时机，化“危”为“机”，切实推动高职教育实现“三个转变”，对于今后实现高职教育科学发展，具有重大而现实的意义。
