我国西部地区人才资源开发问题及其对策

摘    要:文章对当前我国西部地区人才资源开发中存在的人才总量不足、人才流失严重、现有人才资源开发不够充分、人才流通渠道不畅等问题进行了分析.在分析原因的基础上,提出了一些对策:树立"人才资源是第一资源"的观念;眼睛向外,吸引人才;立足自身,培养人才;科学管理,事业留人.

Abstract:This paper mainly analyzes the insufficiency of intellectual resources,the serious brain drain problem,the inadequacy of current intellectual resources exploitation and the unsmoothness of circulation channel in the intellectual resources exploitation in the western region of China.After analyzing the problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures,such as establishing the concept that intellectual resources should be placed in the first place,broadening people's horizons;trying every means to attract talents;education;scientific management,causes keeping talents.
