| 摘 要： | 本文通过对马克思按劳分配理论的重新学习和对社会主义初级阶段理论的分析,提出了社会主义初级阶段实行按劳分配原则的原因、特点以及它的实行意义,并进一步阐述了社会主义现阶段必须实行按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合的分配制度。

| Abstract: | Through restudying Marx's distribution theory according to labour and analyzing the theory of socialism primary stage,I put forward the reason?characteristics and fulfilling significance of distribution according to labour principle today. And more, I elaborate the fact that the allocate system of distribution according to labour and produce element must carry into effect in nowadays. |
