| 摘 要： | 底图内斯库是集体安全的积极倡导者,在任罗马尼亚外长期间,他加强了小协约国的合作,改善了与苏联的关系,建立了巴尔干联盟,并在反对四强公约的行动中取得了引人注目的成果.底图内斯库在欧洲外交舞台上取得了一般小国外长所无法取得的成就,其影响远远超出了一国的范围.

| Abstract: | An active advocator of collective security, Nicolae Titulescu (1882-1941), former Romanian minister of foreign affairs, successfully strengthened the cooperation of the Little Entente, broke the stalemate in Soviet-Romanian relations, established the Balkan Entente, and obtained a remarkable reputation for his opposition to the Rome Convention signed between Britain and France on one side and Germany and Italy on the other in 1932. His achievements on the diplomatic stage of Europe exceeded ordinary foreign ministers from any other small countries, and his influences went far beyond his own country. |
