| 摘 要： | 针对"预防为主"是做好新时期高校消防安全的指导方针,论述了加强高校安全防火工作对确保学校安全稳定的重要性,结合高校防火安全工作的特点和存在的问题,探索了落实"预防为主、防消结合"方针应解决的问题和采取的有效措施,以此逐步把高校消防安全工作推向系统化、制度化、规范化,确保高校在发展中持续稳定。
