| 摘 要： | 党内民主，是中国特色社会主义民主政治的重要组成部分。发展基层民主是发展社会主义民主政治“基础性工程”。中国共产党的党内民主，与人民民主有着互动的关系，这种关系当今特别凸显在党内民主与基层民主的互动上。促进这种良性互动是整体推进中国特色社会主义民主政治的有效路径。
