宜宾交通城市互动发展战略的构想

论文基于交通与城市两者发展互为依赖互为联动的关系，明确了宜宾战略发展目标定位中关于交通城市两者的具体内涵，提出包含建设“一枢纽”、“两部之心”、“四区之极”、“一门户”、“西南新门户”、“长江新港都”、“区域性的商贸中心、航运中心和加工中心”等内容和“西南宜宾计划”发展战略构想，并初步设计了“西南宜宾计划”战略的分阶段实施的目标和主要项目方案，为宜宾乃至其它中小城市制定和实施交通城市互动发展战略提供了思路与方法。

Strategic Vision for the Interactive Development of Yibin City Traffic

On the basis of the mutual dependence between transportation and urban development,this article clarifies their specific connotations in the orientation of the goal of strategic development of Yibin.It puts forward the con-struction of a"hub","the heart of the two","four area"," a gateway","southwest new portal","the Yangtze new port capital","regional commercial center,shipping center and processing center" and other contents and ideas of"southwest of Yibin plan" as the development strategy.It also constructs the phase target of preliminary design the strategy of"southwest of yibin plan"and main project plan,providing the guiding thought and method for the formu-lation and implementation of interactive development of urban transportation of Yibin and other small and medium-sized cities.
