| 摘 要： | 高等教育全面改革和发展的最大制约因素是经费问题。在目前财政性教育投入不足,各投资主体投资不活跃,教育投资资金来源渠道单一的情况下,从政府、银行、高校自身三方面拓展教育投资资金来源渠道具有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | The problem of funds is one of the biggest restricted factors in the overall development and innovation of higher education. Under these circumstances of the shortage of financial educational investment from govermment,non - activity of investors and single tunnel of educational investment resources,so it has a significance to develop multiple tunnels of financial resources through govermment, bank and university. |
