综合能力与创新能力的培养策略与途径

针对目前高校扩招后,学生缺乏自我创新和开拓精神,提出应该加强培养大学生的综合能力与创新能力。综合能力的构成包括多个方面,而创新能力在大学生综合能力中又起着重要作用。综合能力是培养创新能力的基础,而创新能力又促进综合能力的发展。通过系统分析二者之间的关系,提出了综合能力与创新能力的培养策略与途径。认为两者兼顾,互为裨益才是对当代大学生培养的最佳策略。从综合能力及创新能力的内涵出发,探讨了大学生综合能力及创新能力培养策略与途径,为扩招后高校学生的培养提供了一定的借鉴意义。

Cultivation approaches of comprehensive and innovative abilities

In this article,the authors suggest paying more attention to the training of the students＇ comprehensive capacity and their innovative ability in view of the lack of self--innovation and pioneering spirit of the students in the current university with the increased enrollment. In terms of comprehensive capacity,it consists of many aspects,among which the most important one is the ability to innovation. One＇comprehensive capacity is basic in the cultivation of his creativity,which in turn promotes the development of the former one. After systematic analysis of the relation between the comprehensive capacity and the innovative ability, the authors put forward the strategies and ways to improve these abilities. A- mong all of these strategies ~ the perfect way is to give due attention to them and integrate them properly. This article begins with the connotation of comprehensive capacity and the innovative ability, and then discusses the strategies and ways to cultivate them in the hope of shedding some light on the study on the traning of the students＇ comprehensive capacity and the innovative ability with the increased enrollment in college and universities.
