| 摘 要： | 本文借鉴国际发展循环经济的制度条件 ,探讨了中国发展循环经济需要建立健全四方面的绿色制度 ,即立法、经济政策、中介组织和宣传 ,以保障循环经济在完善的制度保障条件下不断发展 ,将经济发展、社会进步和环境保护纳入统一的循环经济框架中实现“共赢”。

| Abstract: | Referring to the institution for developing circulating economy abroad, it is necessary for China to establish a green institution involving legislation, economic policy, intermediary organization and publicity, so as to guarantee rapid development of circulating economy under the perfect institution and put economic growth, social progress and environmental protection into a unified framework of circulating economy to achieve well-coordinated development. |
