| 摘 要： | 对修订后的刑法关于单位犯罪立法的规定做出评断,有利于司法适用并为未来单位犯罪立法的科学化提供理论依据.新刑法的单位犯罪规定有诸多进展、特色与不足.理论研究的滞后性与立法、认识上的片面性、超前性,是现行单位犯罪规定不足的因由.
