| 摘 要： | 为考察不同存款保险制度对银行治理产生的影响,运用比较研究的方法在介绍日本和美国银行存款保险制度的基础上,对两国存款保险制度对银行治理发挥的作用进行对比,可得出相对于日本,美国的银行存款保险制度的银行治理效果更佳的结论。
