新的世纪,汉语既有“成为世界上最重要的科学语言”的机遇,又面临来自外部和内部的多方面挑战。如何保持汉语的纯洁,让汉语变得更为规范、科学,是当前语规划特别是语教育要面对的问题。在汉语中杂用西语,既不合法又不合情;既不利于汉语自身的发展,对民族化的发展和民族精神的培养也有着难以估量的消极影响。纯洁母语、规范汉语是汉语教育的重要内容。
