| 摘 要： | 本文分析了高校人事管理工作的现状以及网络的拓扑结构,开发了基于校园网的人事管理信息系统(以下简称UPMIS),介绍了该系统的功能结构,阐述了系统的设计原则、总体框架和实现技术等.系统的使用改变了原有的工作模式,大大提高了工作效率.

| Abstract: | With the union of Colleges and Universities, personnel management work eagerly wants a modern management measure to promote the efficiency. In this article which analyzed the situation of personnel management work and structure of college network , and developed a System-Personnel Management Information System Based on Campus Network(Abbreviated as UPMIS). Then it studied the function modules of the proposed system, and described the design principles, framework and implementation techniques as well. The experiment proves that the system changes the original work mode and promotes the efficiency after using the system. |
