论农村产业结构的“空间转移”

为解决农民增收问题,为适应全面建设小康社会的紧迫需要,农村产业结构必须全方位"空间转移"。作者在追述中国农村产业结构的历史状况的基础上,分析了农村产业结构"空间转移"的紧迫性、必然性和可能性,提出了培养经济增长、引进新技术、加大资本投入、加速专业化生产、加强线路建设和加强小城镇建设等对策措施。

On the spatial displacement of rural industrial structure

The industrial structure in the countryside has to carry out a "spatial displacement" in an all-round way to solve the problem of the increase of the income of the peasants and to satisfy the need of the construction of the well-off society. Based on the retrospection of the history of situation of the industrial structure in the countryside, the article presents a deep analysis of the pressure, the necessity, and the possibility of a "spatial displacement" of the industrial structure in the rural areas. In the end the article puts forward the countermeasures, such as the fostering of the economic growth, the import of the new technology, the enlargement of the capital input, the acceleration of the professional production, the reinforcement of the building of the roads and of small townships in the rural areas.
