| 摘 要： | 科技期刊编辑在处理稿件时会出现以名取文等现象。从心理学角度分析,这是受定势心理的影响。定势心理对科技期刊编辑工作(包括编辑初审、送专家评审和编辑加工等)产生了不利的影响。要消除这种不利影响,必须从2个方面入手:(1)主观上要努力提高编辑的素质;(2)客观上要规范并严格执行编辑程序。

| Abstract: | Editors of scientific and technological journals sometimes select the fame instead of the content as their peer review. It is affected by mental attitude in psychology. Effects of attitude on editorial work inclouding primary check, experts' rechecking, and editors' revising are unfavourable. To prevent the mental set, both methods are adopted: 1) enhancing the editors' diathesis subjectively; 2) standardizing and strictly implementing the editing procedure objectively. |
