Corporate planning: A need to examine corporate style

In the current depressed and yet highly volatile economic situation, many companies are finding they lack the skills to tackle their problems. Corporate planning concentrated on issues of organizational structure and product and market mix does not provide the essential answer, and a radical change in corporate style is required. This involves the whole area of management/ employment behaviour and the building of an integrated team dedicated to creating a new organization culture.
