“美的规律”的审美之维

对“美的规律”内涵的认识,虽然意见纷纭,但是总的出发点是一致的。争论各方都把“美”理解为美的事物,从美的事物出发探求美之为美的规律。马克思提出的“美的规律”是一种生产中的规律,是一种关系规律。它不但包含美的事物的规律,还包含主体审美的规律。由此,“美的规律”的审美之维是一种必要的维度。劳动是人的本质力量的对象化,而人的本质力量是人的创造能力的总和。作为与真、善相并列的美,对应的本质力量是判断力。只有找到了人创造美相对应的本质力量,“美的规律”才有了真正的存在基础,对“美的规律”内涵的研究才能取得豁然开朗的效果。

Aesthetic Dimension on "the Laws of Beauty"

The realizations on the meaning of "the laws of beauty" are diverse,but their total basic point is identical.Both of them regard "beauty" as the beautiful things.Starting from the beautiful things they seek what make them beauty.The laws of beauty,put forward by Marx,are a kind of productive and relative law.It not only includes the laws of beautiful things but also the laws of the aesthetic feeling.Therefore,the aesthetic dimension of "the laws of beauty" is necessary.Labor is the objective procedure of man's essential powers,which are the total of man's creativity.Beauty,which is parallel with the truth and the good,is created by the power of judgment.As long as the essential power by which human being creates beauty is found,"the laws of beauty" have the basis of existence.Furthermore,the research on meaning of "the laws of beauty" will obtain broken effect.
