| 摘 要： | 以往的非英语专业口语教学研究多从学生的角度入手,教师方面的因素在很大程度上被忽视。口语教师作为口语课堂的组织者和管理者,直接影响口语教学的效果。因此,影响非英语专业口语教学的教师方面的因素不容忽视。
