| 摘 要： | 执政风险是执政党不容回避的一个重要问题,它关系到执政党的生存与发展。加强党的自身建设、发展生产力创造社会财富、不断提高人民群众的生活水平,是改革开放以来中国共产党防范和规避党执政风险的基本行动逻辑,也是中国共产党防范和规避执政风险实践的三个纬度和三个基本主线。

| Abstract: | For the party in power ruling risk is an unavoidable problem,which is a key problem to affect the subsistence and development of the party in power.Strengthening Party building,developing production forces to create social wealth and uplifting the living standards of the people—these are the basic logic,three latitudes and three basic main threads for C.P.C.to prevent and avoid the ruling risk since the reform and opening up. |
