投服面粉浆复制驴肠膨气的实验研究

按０．７—１．５ｋｇ／次、头的量．将面粉用凉水调成３０００—５０００ｍｌ面粉浆，分别给１２头患口炎、齿病的驴和健康驴用胃管投服，每日两次；并分别用条件相同但不投服面粉浆的九头驴做对照．结果投服面粉浆的１４头驴均发生肠膨气．其临床表现、剖检变化与自然病例一致；而对照组的９头驴无变化．试验表明，每头每次投服面粉浆的量应在１—１．５ｋｇ；在０７—１，５ｋｇ范围内，随着面粉量增加，发病时间相应提前．用投服面粉浆的方法复制驴肠膨气，可为实践教学和研究工作提供人工模型．

Experimental Studies on Replication of Meteorismus Intestine in Donkeys by Drenching Thick Liquid Flour

in this study,we mixed flowr with water in proportion of 0. 7-1. 5kg/head.time to 3000-5000ml thick liquid and fed it to 12 donkeys containing healthy donkeys. sto motitis and toothache donkeys respectirely at the dosage and 2 times per day. Control groupcontained 9 donkey. which were fed in same condition but no thick liquid of flour. The resultshows that all 12 donkeys in treatment group suffered from Metoorismus intestini and hadsame clinical symptom and change in dissection check as natural case.9 donkeys in controlgroup were all normal. The experiment indicated that the disease begin early as the dosageincrease from 0. 7-1. 5kg/head. time and the suitable dosage should be 1-1.5kg/head. tin le,The method that reproduce meteorismus intestini in donkeys may provide an artifical mod el for teaching and study.
