| Abstract: | Facing the challenges after entry into WTO, education in normal colleges, as well as giving prominence to the features of normal education, should actively adapt to the needs of educational reform and those of modernization construction. It should swiftly adapt to the trend of economic globalization, speed up the steps in reform and development in taking the broad rout in normal education, and try to increase its own competitiveness. |
