经济制度转型视角下的宪法改革与完善

伴随着中国经济制度的转型与发展,中国宪法也走过了一段不平凡的成长之路。反思中国经济制度转型背后的宪法基础,可以看到现代经济制度条件下,中国宪法所暴露出来的问题值得我们深思,整体来看,主要体现为四者:经济权利的宪法保护体系不健全、宪法中的政府职能定位有待转变、缺乏系统化的宪法经济原则引领,以及中央与地方经济权力分配机制有待完善。为此,我们有待于摆脱教条主义宪法观,培育包容的宪法文化。
