| 摘 要： | 元认知策略是学习者在学习过程中采取的管理步骤。在数学教学中进行元认知策略训练，实质是培养学生数学学习的自我意识，使他们形成自我评价数学学习的习惯与能力，掌握矫正与控制数学学习活动的技能，养成对数学思维方法的悟性，从而深刻领悟数学的真谛。本文结合数学教学阐述了培养学生掌握元认知策略的实践经验与认识，并提出了相关的教学建议。
