| 摘 要： | 哈耶克建构了一个庞大的自由主义社会理论体系,但是哈耶克并非认同经济自由放任。相反,其认为每一个政府都应该采取行动,重要的是每个公民可以对政府行为予以预见并按照预计充分利用政府的行动,使自身自由得以充分发挥。而政府也并不能控制这一利用。

| Abstract: | Hayek built a big system of liberalism theory.However,he refused the theory of laze fare.He thought the government should take action.Above all the citizen was given chance to expect government action.And then he could make use of the action to ex-cercise his freedom.At the same time,the government could not control the utilization of government's action. |
