经营者报酬激励综合模型设计及应用研究

摘    要:大量的研究表明,单纯的利润等财务指标不能准确衡量经营者的努力程度和缺乏长期激励成分,因此为重点解决经营者的报酬如何与其经营业绩挂钩,即经营者人力资本怎样参与剩余分配的问题,可设计经营者报酬激励综合模型.

Abstract:Massive researches showed that pure profit and other financial indicators could not accurately measure the operator's effort and they were lack of long-term incentive components.Thus the focus on solving the operator's remuneration linked to its operating performance,that is how the human capital of operators to participate the residual assignment,maybe the operator's incentive comprehensive model is a good way.
