| 摘 要： | 学风建设是高等院校的重要职责 ,也是教育对象自身能否实现“可持续发展”的关键。当今世界 ,建设“学习型社会”已成为具有历史性和世界性意义的课题 ,因而学风、学习能力等问题尤其引人注目。其中 ,学生的“被动学习”事实上成为一个重要的制约因素。
