改革和完善民主制度，加强政治文明建设

社会主义政治文明建设是我们党的一项重要任务。当前我国人大代表和国家机关领导干部的推选制度、民主监督制度等都存在不足,应进一步改革和完善。按照增强功能的要求,改革民主监督制度;按照公平、公正的要求,废除身份歧视性政策法规;按照服务社会的要求,限制行政机关的公共权力。

Improving the Systems of Democracy and Establishing a Socialist Political Civilization

Establishing a socialist political civilization is a vital task of our Party ,At present ,the imperfections in democratic elections, democratic supervision and other systems and policies in our country should be overcome. In accordance with the requirements of consolidating functions, we must reform the system of democratic supervision; in accordance with the requirements of fairness and justice, we must annul status-discriminatve policies and regulations;and in accordance with the requirements of serving the society ,we must restrict the public power of administrative organs.
