| 摘 要： | 农民专业合作经济组织是统筹城乡经济社会发展的良好载体,是解决"三农"问题的重要途径,但是从目前的发展来看,制约农民专业合作经济发展的主要是产权问题.文章在对青岛胶南市进行实际调研的基础上,分析了农民专业合作经济组织的股份结构、成员结构和公共积累等问题,对目前我国农民专业合作经济组织的产权特征进行了深入的剖析,并对其形成的原因进行了阐释.
